This whole album means so much to me, but this song in particular is one that resonated especially deeply while writing it. The song is about the wild ride that its life - at times beautiful, dizzying, scary, dazzling - and for the music video I really wanted to reflect on my own life and journey so far. I really hope you all get a kick out of all the footage of young Sam (and I’ll have to release some of these with audio because many of the performances are priceless) and I cannot thank the whole Samily enough for continuing to support me and my music and giving me the opportunity to share this kind of music, that I feel really allows me to connect to each and every one of you!
