“Es wird scho glei dumpa” is the newly released music video from Jonas Kaufmann’s holiday album, 'It’s Christmas - Gold Edition’ and was filmed in the Silent Night Chapel in Oberndorf. This song is a fine example of an intimate Alpine ‘Stubnmusi’ – that for someone like Jonas Kaufmann, who grew up in Bavaria and the Tyrol, invariably elicits a festive mood in the most direct and emotional way. Jonas Kaufmann is joined by harpist Florian Pedarnig on the album recording. “It’s Christmas! - Gold Edition” includes 49 holiday songs from around the world, including Silent Night, O Holy Night, Adeste fideles, White Christmas, Let it Snow! and many more, plus a bonus CD of Jonas Kaufmann reading his favourite German Christmas poems and stories.
