Boston - Peace Of Mind - ft Sara Loera - Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy
Boston’s “Peace Of Mind” was written by founder Tom Scholz in his basement before the band even had a record deal. 2 years later it was included on their debut album along with 4 other songs he had written at the same time.
What other songs can you think of that were written prior to a band or artist being signed that would go on to be big commercial successes? Let me know in the comments!
Scholz wrote the lyrics based on his job working for Polaroid, describing his lack of interest in climbing the corporate ladder.
Sara Loera is taking on the song which went on to become a rock-radio staple. We hope you enjoy it!
