Would you have guessed a Prince tune would be the inspiration for a Stevie Nicks hit?

Nicks’ song “Stand Back” was apparently inspired after hearing Prince’s “Little Red Corvette” on the radio as she drove to Santa Barbara on her wedding day.

After coming up with the melody, Nicks ended up stopping to buy a tape recorder and recorded the demo that night in her honeymoon suite.
