What Makes This Singer Great? Steve Walsh - Kansas

Kanas was one of a few progressive bands that were able to maintain long term success and Steve Walsh certainly played a huge role in that.

Known for his pristine vocals, and spot on pitch, Walsh helped create the incredible harmonies the band was known for.

Also an accomplished keyboard player, Steve was originally a member of the band White Clover which ended up merging together with Kansas.

The band went on to enjoy a tremendous amount of success and Walsh was with the band for 41 years before retiring, having produced 12 studio albums with the band.

Today we'll take a look at a live performance of Steve singing their classic "Dust In The Wind", as I share what I thought made him great. I hope you enjoy the video and please let me know what stood out about him for you!
