What Makes This Singer Great? Mick Jagger - The Rolling Stones
As the frontman to a band of legendary status, Mick Jagger has withstood the test of time as he continues to perform with the Rolling Stones to this day.
With a career extending over 5 decades, Jagger has built a reputation as "one of the most popular and influential frontmen in the history of rock & roll".
Known for his signature lips, Mick is also a great performer with incredible energy and a mesmerizing stage presence.
In addition to his singing, Mick is also a great songwriter and he collaborated primarily with fellow band member Keith Richards to write many of the Rolling Stones' tunes.
Mick also branched out and tried a solo career but undoubtedly saw the most success as lead singer to the Rolling Stones. He has gone on to be nominated to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in addition to the UK Music Hall of Fame.
Today I'll be looking at a live performance of Mick and sharing my thoughts on what made him great. I'd love to hear your input as well so please let me know what you think of when discussing Mick!
