In this video, we discuss what was the era that produced the greatest singers and what made them stand out above the rest.

What Era Had The Best Singers And Why? Ken Tamplin And Gabbi Gun

Many could say this is a very subjective question. And to some degree that is true! And we have not identified a specific genre.

Some might argue that jazz from the 20s, 30s, and 40s should be hailed as the greatest era for vocalists.

While others might argue that the crooner era from the 40s, 50s and 60s should be considered.

Then of course, there are those that would argue that there are no greater voices than those in opera, which could include the last couple hundred years.

And again, there were the 60s, with some of the best rock vocalists spilled over into the 70s, 80s, and even into the 90s.

However, I think a strong case could be made that we are not living in an era that is cranking out anywhere near as high a quality or caliber as any of those eras.
