Vocal Coach Reacts To Scorpions - Klaus Meine - Still Loving You - Ken Tamplin

In the early 80s I was in a well-known local LA band.

This band played around all of the major local clubs including Gazzarris, The Troubadour, Madam Wong's West, The Roxy, The Whiskey, Coconut Teaszer, The Palomino, The Starwood (where Van Halen was signed on a rainy empty room Wednesday night) and many others.

I bring this up because this band I was in was on the hunt for a record deal as were all "Sunset Strip" bands.

We finally did land a few deals, one of which was with Dieter Dirks (the producer of The Scorpions).

In addition to getting to get up close and personal with the band on the Monsters Of Rock festival we attended, I also flew to Germany twice to work with Dieter and his band ACCEPT.

Getting to see the hard work ethic of the Scorpions, their very professional attitude, their killer songwriting and musicianship, it was a privilege and honor to see the inner-workings of the group.

I did do a vocal version myself of the song "Still Loving You" which is on my YouTube Channel.

But thought it would be worthy to do a vocal coach reaction.
