Vocal Coach Reacts To Rod Stewart - Live - Maggie Mae - Top of the Pops - KenTamplin
Rod is known for his signature raspy voice and his music career started with him busking with a harmonica. In the late 60s he sang in bands at the same time while also pursuing a solo career.
His early stuff was a fusion of rock, folk music, soul music, and R&B. It later evolved into the more soft rock sound we know today.
He has gone on to sell over 120 million records making him one of the best-selling artists of all time.
In 1994, he played the largest free rock concert in history for 3.5 million people in Rio de Janeiro and Billboard magazine ranked him the 17th most successful artist on the "Billboard Hot 100 All-Time Top Artists".
Today I'll be reacting to an older performance of his classic "Maggie Mae". Check it out and let me know what you thought!
