Temple of the Heart (1111 Hz) | 1 hour handpan music | Malte Marten

When I sat down to play this piece I felt deep gratitude and stillness in my heart. It was just next to a little pathway in nature, where from time to time people were passing. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for me to surrender into the fact, that the situation is not as I wanted it to be. Especially when sitting down to record a video.. But the truth is that there's barely any perfect moment for a recording session in nature. Almost every time there's something happening that potentially takes me out of my comfort zone. Well - I guess the lesson here is to fully relax and stay in my inner piece, while the world around is happening.

Feeling my body & feeling my heart helps me to let go and appreciate the moment as it is. That's the Temple of the Heart, offering shelter to a distracted mind.
