I walked into Dallas Children’s hospital a year ago and met Kayla. I asked her permission if I could sing a song to her and she responded super sassy and said, “Can I sing a song for you?!.” 😮😮😮 I was like HELL YES you can sing a song for me. Her voice and spirit blew me away and I told her that day if she got herself better I would bring her onstage to sing for my crowd. This year she was better and she blew us all away. Seeing her not only fight for her life but sing through it... She is incredible. Kayla I love you.
