here we go.. this is my best attempt singing in Chinese :) I wrote this song in English and translated it to Chinese! Took pieces of both and we have a bilingual version. This would not be possible without the help of Sam Tsui and Casey Breves. Ya'll are incredible writers, story tellers, translators, producers and people!

I grew up in a very small town and then at the age of 16 I flew out to LA. I remember feeling like a little fish in a huge vast ocean. That feeling can be very exciting but also extremely overwhelming at the same time. Who am I? Who am I going to be? Where is my place in this crazy huge world? I also think this is a feeling that every young adult gets when they realize that there is an enormous world with an infinite amount of possibilities outside of the place they were raised. This is an extremely powerful and significant part of each person’s life, so I knew that I had to write this song.
