Since Bon Scott had been the primary songwriter for AC/DC, when the band lost their lead singer they also lost the main lyricist to the band.

Fortunately Brian Johnson was able to pick up where Bon left off and “You Shook Me All Night Long” was the first song he wrote for the band.

Brian was a huge car buff and apparently took the inspiration for the lyrics to the song from cars. The tune has gone on to be one of the most covered songs in music history and our own Kayla Reeves is the next one to take on the legendary tune.
