The countless tragedies that have been happening are becoming too painful to accept. I cringe every time I hear about another mass killing. I'm lucky that that's the worst it gets for me. For those who have experienced loss in any needless attack, I am so sorry. My heart breaks with you. It feels sometimes like all I can do is sit back and watch it happen. However, oddly enough, this Paris shooting hit close to home for me. I was just there a few days ago on my tour and got to put faces to the beautiful city. They were the kindest, most welcoming, and passionately supportive people of the entire tour. I got to meet Charlotte who was from France, and I feel like this attack happened to my friends.

If all I can do is sing a song and post it to let you all know that I am with you in the middle of this heartbreak, then I will do it and hope it gives you all at least a sense of unity and love in this dark time. I love you all, and I am so glad I got to experience the people of Paris. Though we are an ocean apart, I am with you in this hurt.
