It’s been nearly a year since Short’s Brewing released their very first
non-alcoholic beverage, a collaborative project with Billy Strings called Thirst Mutilator.
To mark the occasion the brewery and GRAMMY Award-winning artist have big plans. First up: larger sizes. A twelve pack of 16 oz cans of the sparkling hop water have just hit store shelves, in addition to the 12 oz six packs already on the market.
“From the start, we knew we had something really special here—the flavor profile is so unique, and it has such a wide appeal because we don’t go overboard with hop flavor. But we quickly realized that a larger can is ideal for places like concerts, bars, and golf courses.” Said Kerry Lynch, Director of Sales for Short’s.
Next? A big ol’ party. June 16th marks Strings’ debut at Pine Knob, and will be the largest show he has headlined to date. To celebrate, the Short’s Crew will join tailgate festivities and 15,000 Billy Strings fans in the parking lot at
Pine Knob. Fans will be able to sample Thirst Mutilator in person, and learn more about the partnership from the founder of Short’s Brewing, Joe Short.
“It’s going to be great seeing Billy play again, it’s been years since he graced our stages up north. Having Thirst Mutilator as a really delicious option to keep the party going has been an important addition to our Always Available line of craft beverages.” Stated Joe Short.
