I've always been a sucker for a great pop melody.

I know many people think of me as being the big anthemic hard rock guy and to some degree that is true, but there are also a lot of other musical styles that I thoroughly enjoy.

Often times on my hard rock records, I would insert a flamenco guitar piece, a jazz guitar piece or classical piano piece in hopes to inspire others to not be quite so one dimensional, which had been a stigma of people who listen to commercial hard rock.

This song is no exception. I wanted to keep it as a simple melody over a simple acoustic guitar that anyone could sing and hopefully would stick in your head!
