Guys, we've been living in the trailer park for 3.5 years now and we're wanting to move into a house. Our son, Jack, is 5 months old now and we're really starting to feel the crunch of living in a single wide mobile home. We just don't know if this is the right time to make a massive purchase given the market conditions. What do you think?
