"obsessed" is the first track that Olivia Rodrigo and team put together when they started the recording sessions for the blockbuster 'GUTS' album. When it came time to choose a visual narrative for the video, the singer and director Mitch Ryan were inspired by an old Reddit idea of a person's exes uniting in one room. The full-tilt band performance footage was shot in one take, the singer and her group pounding out the tune with a '90s fierceness.
