Meghan knew she needed a self-love anthem to round out the tracks of her 'Takin' It Back' album, so she tightened up that creative cap that's always on her head, and voila! "Made You Look" appeared. What a nugget - instantly catchy, wonderfully affirmative. The song's proud emotions are paralleled by the video's bright hues. Partnering with Candy Crush for the set design "was perfect for all the fun colors," says the singer in our Footnotes interview. Meghan invited personal friends and a few TikTok pals to come play, and a party atmosphere defines the action.
