Zo was trying to convince 98.9 The Rock's morning DJ - Johnny Dare - to do the stunt with him... Everyone was ready to roll but the government had a different idea... apparently you need a special permit to fly over crowd that big and it would have taken weeks to get the proper permits... no worries there's another Rock Fest next year...
